@dag1 this really annoys me, even though i'm all for slamming fast food outlets. she kept a dry burger in an airtight container for 12 years - i'm pretty sure you'd get the same result no matter where you originally bought the food. also, this point, and other intelligent arguments, were brought up in the comments on her site and she ignored them, instead stating "i'm not a scientist".
